Refund Policy

You can request a refund within 30 days of your purchase by contacting us via email or WhatsApp. There is no need to return the product; we will simply cancel your login credentials without any return charges.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at purchase within 48-72 hours.

If you received an incorrect product or if the credentials have not been activated, a refund or replacement is possible.

If you are unable to activate your credentials for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a possible refund or replacement.

If you experience difficulties with the product, contact us first with a detailed description of your problem, including screenshots or photos, so we can assess the situation effectively.

Our technicians are available to assist with software installation and activation. Your order is eligible for a refund if our support staff is unable to resolve the issue.
